How do I register an account?

Registering an account at PishiePoshie is fast, easy, and absolutely free! To register, simply click on the Register link at the top. Fill in the necessary information, making sure you enter a valid email address, and click the "Send Registration" button. You will then receive a confirmation email from us (usually immediately) with a link to confirm your registration. Click on the link, and you're ready to login!

Why do I have to register?

An account gives you access to:

• Shop! However, this is not compulsory. If you have not registered prior to ordering, the payment process will automatically allow you to register before proceeding.

How do I subscribe for the mailing list?

At the bottom of every page, there is a small section where you can sign up for our free mailing list. Signing up does not require a registered account - simply enter your name and valid email, then click the Subscribe button. However, we suggest registering and logging in before subscribing to the mailing list, as a registered account allows you to manage your mailing list. You will be able to subscribe and unsubscribe anytime you want.

If you do not have a registered account, you will still be able to unsubscribe through a link provided at the bottom of every mailing list sent.

I just sent you an enquiry email. How long do I have to wait?

We read every message that warrants a response, and are committed to respond within 3 Business Days, especially for urgent questions regarding orders, shipping and payments. For non-order related emails, please give us up to 1 week to reply. We keep email addresses on file in a secured server for documentation and records purposes. All emails will be deleted once successfully resolved.

How do I use the community forum?

PishiePoshie uses SMF (from simplemachines.org), one of the most powerful and secure forum software in the industry. You will need a registered account to post threads and polls, but reading it is open to public (certain boards may be restricted to registered users in the future).

Using our community forum is really easy. You can edit your profile, add a signature, and even upload your own avatar. However, if you are unsure about something, SMF comes with a complete and detailed Help section, which can be accessed from the Forum page (near the top).

Why do I see a page with the message: Sorry, but the content you requested could not be found. The cat must've eaten it.

One of PishiePoshie's owners is crazy about cats, and one of them eats up our pages periodically.

What browsers should I use for the best surfing experience?

PishiePoshie is built with cross-browser support in mind. However, we use many advanced features that only newer browsers support. We recommend the following web browsers:

- Safari (version 2.0 or later)
- Opera (version 9.0 or later)

Because of the advanced features used by PishiePoshie, support for Internet Explorer 6 and earlier browsers is deprecated. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to one of the latest browsers listed above for an improved web experience, both on pishieposhie.com and on the broader internet.
