What is the account number for payment transfer?

Payment information is usually displayed on the confirmation page itself (not included in your purchase order invoice). In case you have missed it, do complete your transaction by transfering payment to:

How do I purchase an item?

Purchasing at PishiePoshie is really easy! Simply follow the steps below:
  • Add your desired item to your shopping cart. Repeat step if you are purchasing more than one item.
  • When you're ready, click on 'Checkout'.
  • Login your account when prompted (or you may login right at the beginning). If you haven't registered with us, not to worry. Just select the 'New user'option and fill in the necessary billing and mailing information for us.
  • Follow through the whole purchasing process until you reach the page where it displays a 'Confirm Order' button at the bottom of the page. Click on it. Payment information will be provided on the confirmation page itself.
  • Done! Do remember to transfer payment within the next 24 hours.

What is the Mode of Payment at PishiePoshie?

You will be given 2 options to choose as your preferred payment method: through PayPal, or ibanking/ATM transfer.

Do note that upon confirming your order, detailed information on how to proceed will be provided onscreen. That is, the page right after you have clicked on the 'confirm order' button.

Why are there no items in the cart after I have already added them in?

This could have happened either because the item is not available, or because you are using incompatible browsers. Also, unchecked-out items in shopping carts are periodically cleared after a period of non-activity. To ensure that you can get the item you want, it is advisable to check out and complete the payment process in as short a time as possible, in case someone else purchased the item you want.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation (ie. your purchase order invoice) will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout. Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.

 If you made payment via PayPal (either using your credit card or PayPal account), then your order will be automatically accepted and confirmed.

For buyers who opted for ibanking/ATM transfers, do note that before payment is made, your order status will be 'Pending'.

What is the currency used?

All prices and purchase requirements are shown in SGD (Singapore Dollars). Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

Can I cancel my paid order(s)?

Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

Can I cancel my unpaid order(s)?

Yes you can. Simply drop us an email to notify us. In fact, we would appreciate that you inform us as soon as you have decided not to purchase so that we can release your items back into the store for other interested buyers. :)

Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order, we are no longer able to modify your order. This is to ensure that all orders are processed securely and packed accordingly. Any modifications done after an order is submitted may result in order errors. You may place an additional order at any time.

Do you charge any sales tax (eg GST)?

No, currently we do not charge any sales tax.

How does your website secure my online orders?

All transaction orders made with us are being secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) provided by our Credit card processing gateway (PayPal). To check the security of your connection, look for an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower-left corner of your browser window after accessing the server. These icons indicate that SSL is active. Or look at the first characters of the site address in the URL line of your browser. The letters will change from "http" to "https" when you access a secure server. If you are using a public computer, protect your personal information by always logging out of pishieposhie.com when you are finished shopping.

What if the item I want is out of stock? Will it be restocked?

If an item is out of stock, you may click on the sold/backorder button on the product description page. This will bring you to a page where you can enter your email address, so that if and when the item is back in stock, you will be notified by email.

To keep our items unique, PishiePoshie only has limited stock for all our products. However, an item may be restocked if someone cancels his/her order.
