PishiePoshie has a general non-refund policy. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask us any
questions you might have before making your purchase.
However, we will gladly
replace any item that is faulty1 or is not what you originally ordered1.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are never refundable unless the
mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us
immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details
of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on
how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please note that
no unauthorized returns will be accepted and will be re-sent back to
you. You must notify us and wait for our approval and instructions
before shipping an item back to us.
For
orders within Singapore, unworn merchandise in its original condition2
with attached tags and packaging, returned within 7 days of the
shipping date will be promptly processed.
Be sure
your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility
until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you
send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods.
Please note that
when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not
wearing makeup/ perfume/ aftershave/ deodorant and/or any substance/object which may leave marks or
a scent on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item
where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The item must be returned in its original packaging2 with any enclosed
documentation.
1 PishiePoshie guarantees that only items of merchandisable quality is sold on pishieposhie.com. However, we cannot and do not guarantee damages incurred during the shipment of goods. Any fault or damage incurred during shipment and transport will not be accepted for refund and/or return.
