Mmm we have thought of setting up a section where users can post their own blogs/blog shops, but because there are many other sites that provide this feature, this isn't at the top of our to-do list at the moment.
However, you are free to post your site/site updates on the forums! You can post/upload images, links etc, with no limitations. You can also place your site on your signature. Currently we do not allow images on signatures, as we're still working on a way to check for image size before we allow that. It's soon though.
